Milton’s Matt O’Meara will get a start in the Winnipeg Blue Bombers most important game of the season.
The fourth-year offensive lineman will replace Brendon LaBattle, who is experiencing concussion symptoms, in the starting lineup for tonight’s (Friday) game against the Toronto Argos. With just four games left in the season, the 5-9 Bombers hold a slight edge on the 4-10 Argos in the race for the playoffs.
The 26-year-old made his first two CFL starts earlier this season.
The game, which also features Milton’s Mike O’Shea of the Argos, will be televised on TSN beginning at 7:30 p. m.
