Those missing the IceHawks' pre-season home opener last night still have ample opportunity to catch them before the start of 2008/09 play.
Opening up pre-season play with a 6-5 win over the Jr. Canadians Wednesday night at Chesswood Arena, Milton has three more exhibition home games scheduled.
Those included two against Dixie -- set for Monday and Tuesday. The IceHawks will also host Hamilton next Friday. All games start at 8 p.m. at Memorial Arena.
Coached by Bill McDougall this season, the local juniors are set to open the regular season Friday, Sept. 5 at Memorial against Brampton.
