Potential comic book lovers, listen up.

As part of the North American industry's efforts to attract new readers, Wilson Drive's Geekdom will hold a free comic book day next Saturday, May 3.

Specially-printed copies of comics will be given away, while discounts will be offered on back issues and other promotional items.

The only comic store in town, Geekdom will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the event.
