A Tuesday story about advanced polls for the upcoming provincial election may have been misleading.

The article stated that new legislation requires electors to be on the voters' list. However, newcomers to Milton who aren't on the list can still cast a ballot by showing proper identification at the polls. Advanced polls run until Thursday, Oct. 4 from noon to 8 p.m. at both the Milton Sports Centre and Campbellville Lions Hall.
