Moms Supporting Moms in Milton — a support group for mothers struggling with postpartum depression and/or anxiety — meets at Halton Kids West Milton Hub at Our Lady of Victory School, 540 Commercial St., from 7 to 8:30 p. m. Call Janet Siverns at (905) 825-6000, ext. 2927.

The Canadian Federation of University Women meets at Hugh Foster Hall beside Town Hall at 7:30 p. m. with speaker John McDonald presenting ‘Social Entertainments in Early Milton: A Historical Perspective.’ All women are welcome. Call Shari at (905) 878-9548.

The Halton chapter of the Association for Bright Children (ABC) and the Milton Public Library hold a free information session entitled ‘Discovering Giftedness in Early Childhood’ for parents who suspect their young children have advanced learning capabilities.
