News
Oct 30, 2009
A Milton man charged in an alleged road rage incident that killed a fellow resident last year will return to court next month.
Wayne Winsor, 40, will appear at Superior Court of Justice in Milton Tuesday for a pre-trial.
The date was set at his most recent appearance October 13.
Winsor has been charged with criminal negligence causing death, dangerous driving causing death and failing to remain at the scene of an accident causing death.
As previously reported, 55-year-old Tony Greco died July 8, 2008 while driving to work on Hwy. 401, just east of James Snow Parkway, after a vehicle cut in front of his SUV and slammed on the brakes.
Greco lost control of the vehicle and was ejected. The other driver fled.
Winsor attended a police station later that day and was arrested.
He was released on bail.
