The Halton Women’s Centre, suite 229 in Hopedale Mall, 1515 Rebecca St., in Oakville, holds its free Women of Wisdom (WOW) group from 10 a. m. to noon with Rev. The Ontario Early Years Centre presents ‘Parents Matter,’ a free, upbeat and interactive exploration of ways to bring out the best in yourself and each other.
